A simple way to keep your most-worn pieces in excellent condition. Your Care Card gives you 10 maintenance sessions in my atelier—used whenever you need them—so your handbag care becomes consistent rather than reactive.

You bring your piece to my atelier. I examine the leather, construction, stress points and previous wear. You’ll get honest feedback about what’s possible, what isn’t, and what will give the most durable outcome.
Your maximum budget
Before I propose any work, I ask one key question: What is the maximum you want to invest? This keeps everything transparent and avoids unpleasant surprises.
Quote + timing
After the visit, I prepare a clear price quotation and propose a timing for the work. If options exist (for example: repair vs. restoration vs. redesign), you’ll see them clearly.
Craft in progress (with updates)
During the process, I keep you informed of the progress—especially when a decision point matters. You are never “left guessing” where your piece is.

Please note: issues caused by incorrect use, accidents, or normal wear and tear (natural ageing, abrasion, long-term friction, etc.) fall outside of this warranty and are handled as a paid intervention.
